Crow & Bulman Engineering, Inc. is a company with extensive HVAC and plumbing design experience in South Carolina, also with work in North Carolina, and Georgia. We provide engineered mechanical designs for the building construction industry, for indoor comfort, environmental health, and operating cost efficiency. This is achieved with attention to the owner’s budget, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and sustainable design principles. The firm was operated as a sole proprietorship from 1980 until 1992, at which time it was incorporated as a professional corporation. The company President is Wade Crow and Vice President is Shane Bulman. Engineering services provided include: building energy modeling, plumbing and HVAC surveys, feasibility studies, design and construction phase services for new construction, expansions and renovations. The company has a long history of satisfied clients in the commercial, institutional, educational, and industrial markets.
