1. Spartanburg Community College/Downtown Campus: Historic renovation and restoration of the old Spartanburg High School.  The 108,000 sq. ft. building includes classrooms, labs, administrative areas, an auditorium, and a gymnasium. The building will be a LEED silver certification (occupied 2013).
2. Wofford College Glendale Environmental Studies Center: Renovation of a historic 1890’s textile mill administrative office into academic building that is LEED certified at Platinum level. (2009)
3. Newberry Fire House: renovation of an 1890’s era fire house into a conference center, Newberry, S.C. (2007)
4. Wofford College: total mechanical and architectural renovation/restoration of the college’s original 1854’s administration building, 28,000 sq. ft, Spartanburg, S.C. (2004)
5. Newberry Elementary School: complete mechanical renovation and architectural restoration of a historic 1927 school, 80,000 sq .ft., Newberry School District. (2002)
6. Mobile Meals Facility: renovation/restoration of a 1920’s downtown historical residence, into administrative offices, Spartanburg, S.C. (2001)
7. Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium: renovation of a 1950 Spartanburg landmark that has a 3,400 seat auditorium plus a 22,000 sq. ft. arena. (1999)
8. Pine St. Elementary School: renovation and additions to Spartanburg’s oldest (1928) public school. (1997)
